From Vadodara, India, to Vancouver, Canada

A Family Legacy Since 1955

From our signature Surti and Kofta to Egg Royal, Egg Anguri, and our famous egg creations, every dish celebrates the tradition, passion, and flavours that define Maji Sainik.
Four Generations. One Legendary Taste.

Our story began in the vibrant streets of Vadodara, Gujarat, India, where the Maji Sainik family tradition of preparing delicious egg specialties started in 1955. What began as a humble family venture grew into a legacy of unforgettable flavours, distinctive spices, and recipes passed down through generations. Today, as the fourth generation, we are proud to bring our family's authentic Indian egg dishes to Vancouver, Canada.
